LINK SOCKET DRIVE TOOLS IMPROVE PRODUCTIVITY, UPGRADE
USERS’ TOOL CHESTS

Independent tests by the U.S. Military and TÜV Rheinland confirm the ability of LINK Tools to improve worker productivity by 33% to 100%. The tests were performed during 90-day evaluation periods.
Often much production time is lost due to workers searching for dropped tools and fishing parts out of the work. However, both tests confirmed the patented locking pin eliminated broken connections, and also eliminated dropped sockets and accessories. Allowing work to continue without disconnects, dramatically affected the productivity results.

The LINK locking design permits simple one-handed attachment and one-handed release of sockets and accessories. This allows the user to change tools quickly and easily.

Both tests noted that since all the tools instantly lock together and function as a single tool, workers were able to work from comfortable positions.

TÜV noted, “Users tests confirm they (LINK Tools) also reduce strain, stiffness and pain.” Working without the fear of tool disconnects can reduce worker/company medical expense, increase productivity, and prolong the work life and earning power of skilled workers. Since LINK drive tools work with all quality detent sockets, only a few locking tools will upgrade an entire tool chest. Certain lean facilities may purchase a single professional upgrade set to upgrade several tool chests.

LINK Tools are available in 1/4”, 3/8”, 1/2”, and 3/4” drive sizes. LINK offers professional upgrade sets, and individual tools for users that wish to increase the efficiency of their current tool chests. A variety of sets with sockets and other accessories is also available.
